To ensure safe and accurate transportation services, all students using Chelsea School District transportation must complete a Transportation Registration Form. 

Transportation Registration & Routing Information

For the 2026–2027 school year, all students who will use Chelsea School District transportation services must complete a Transportation Registration Form due to the transition to new routing software.

Registration is required for students who use transportation in any capacity, including:

  • Home-to-school transportation
  • School-to-home transportation
  • Transfer transportation between schools
  • Students using alternate pickup or drop-off locations

The Transportation Registration Form also collects emergency contact information and includes an optional section for alternate addresses—no separate request form is needed. If an alternate location is listed, permission from both the parent/guardian and the receiving adult is required.

Please note: Transportation staff will be collecting registration information throughout the summer and building routes within the new routing system. Updated route assignments, pickup/drop-off times, and transportation information will not be available immediately after registration.

Our goal is to have updated transportation information available by August 17, 2026; however, route information remains subject to change as registrations continue to be processed.


To allow time for routing and processing, forms should be submitted at least 3 business days before transportation service is needed.

All transportation riders must complete registration for the 2026–2027 school year.
