Materials Distribution

To distribute materials/information in the Chelsea School District this form must be filed through the central office.  Administrative approval(s) is required before permission will be granted for distribution.  Materials are limited to non-profit, non-political, in district events/programs and must be related to students.

In many instances, electronic distribution is the most efficient and cost-effective form of communication.  Building principals send e-mails to families, and will include approved attachments when necessary.  In an effort to minimize school mail that is distributed in student backpacks, the distribution of materials and information is allowed the first FRIDAY of every month during the school year.  PDF files are preferred so that materials can be distributed electronically as much as possible.

The request must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the desired distribution date.  Requests submitted with less than 72 hours notice may not be approved for distribution.  Submitting requests more than 72 hours in advance is certainly welcome.

Preschool - 100 flyers
North Creek - 24 packs of 26
South Meadows - 19 packs of 30
Beach Middle - 25 flyers for the office
Chelsea High - 25 flyers for the office
